The project was designed for the client to expand their IT department apart from the headquarter in Manhattan. The challenge was to deliver a revisioned brand identity for the technology department while maintaining the corporate imagery. Working closely with the project architect, project manager, and studio director, I was the project designer that worked from the Detailed Design phase to project completion.

This is a multi-floor project designed for a confidential client as the headquarter on the West Coast. The concept was developed on the idea of a Japanese word-”Kaizen”, meaning continuous improvement. As one of the design leads on this project, I managed the team to meet deliverable deadlines, coordinate with consultants, and facilitate weekly client meetings on site. Each floor in this project has a different plan layout, finish scheme, and scope of work. Keeping the finish palette cohesive was a huge challenge; however, the team managed to carry a continuous experience through consistent branding and FFE specification. The presented work only represents the scope of the main levels.

This project was developed during the pandemic and I was the project designer in the team. It was a huge challenge for the team as the nation started to work from home. With limited resources to the material library and a changing working environment, the team had to adapt quickly and work differently to meet project deadlines. As the design lead on this project, I was fully involved from programming to the end of construction documentation and worked on this project for 5 months.
